Polys is a prediction market intelligence platform that tracks real-time odds, arbitrage opportunities, and market sentiment across Polymarket, Kalshi, and other prediction markets. References to “Polys,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy refer to the Polys service.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when creating an account (name, email address, password) and information generated by your use of the service (pages viewed, features used, search queries). We do not collect payment card numbers directly — billing is handled by our payment processor.

• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets)

• Necessary. Authentication cookies (managed by Supabase) keep you signed in. Local storage holds your display preferences such as theme and layout. These are always active.
• Analytics (optional). With your consent, we may use privacy-friendly analytics tools to understand how people use Polys — such as which pages are visited and which features are used most. This data is used solely to improve the product and is never sold. You can opt out at any time by clearing your cookie consent in your browser.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Polys (authentication, hosting, email delivery, payment processing), and only to the extent required to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
